Hello Lakehead Students, my name is Neva Bassingthwaite and I am excited to serve as your Vice President Student Issues this year. As VPSI, I have a number of duties including working to help LUSU Centres run smoothly, aiding with academic appeals, organizing LUSU events, and most importantly providing you with support. I am here to offer you information and advice that will help you navigate the adventure that is university.

I also want to be a resource for students with ideas for how to make Lakehead University an even better place. Do not hesitate to come by my office or approach me on campus to share your thoughts, concerns or ideas!
