LUSU Chief Returning Officer

The Lakehead University Student Union has an opening for the Chief Returning Officer.

The position starts May 1, 2010 and continues to April 30th, 2011. The duties of the position include organizing polling stations, poll clerks, adjudicating election complaints, and enforcing electoral policies.

Further, the Chief Returning Officer works with the LUSU Elections Committee to tabulate the results of elections and referenda.

Students interested in applying for the position should email Dave Grad at president@lusu.ca with a letter of interest and a resume.

Applications will be accepted until Tuesday March 16, 2010 at 4:30pm.
