We can assist you with academic disputes and formal appeals or complaints. LUSU also jointly pays for the services of the Ombudsperson, who offers independent and confidential support. Our StudentLife Assistance Program can connect you online or over the phone with free counselling services if you are experiencing grief, stress, depression or issues related to addiction, parenting, relationships, legal issues & more.
