September 1, 2009
through to
September 30, 2009
and we will be happy to assist you. Don’t worry, if you miss the September 30th deadline
you will have the opportunity to add you family again
during January 2010.
Attention all graduate, part-time students
and even full-time students who enrolled late and
were not charged the LUSU health and dental plan fee:
You can also stop by the LUSU office to fill out a simple form and
pay to have coverage. The deadlines are the same as the ones listed
above in order to add your family to the plan.
