Type: Full-time hourly
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay: $18/hr (Bi-weekly)
We are looking for an engaging and experienced individual to supervise and co-ordinate our front-of-house team. Ensuring all patrons receive a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly. They will also be responsible for training new team members and carrying out administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Promote teamwork and communicate to a large team in a positive and professional manner.
Assisting in ongoing projects, events, scheduling and training.
Managing the bar and security team.
Invested in the overall success of the Outpost.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Requirements and Qualifications

Trendy, presentable and a team player
Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
Previous bar or restaurant experience is a must.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
