Orillia uPass










uPass is Back!

To get your upass:

  1. Click the Orillia uPass Pick-up Calendar below
  2. Select the time and date
  3. In the Description, enter your Student ID number and Full Name
  4. Visit the LUSU office on your specified date/time.

When picking up your uPass

Please make sure you bring the following with you:

  1. Your Student ID. We cannot provide a uPass to anyone who is not present, in person, with their pass.
  2. Your MANDATORY COVID-19 VACCINE PASSPORT and DAILY SCREENING (https://www.lakeheadu.ca/about/coronavirus/mandatory-vaccine-passport)
  3. If you have not been charged on your tuition, the Winter uPass fee is $90 (we can only accept cash at this time) 


PLEASE NOTE:

  • Masks are mandatory in the LUSU office
  • The LUSU office capacity is currently is limited to ONE student at a time
  • We cannot provide a uPass to anyone who is not present, in person, with their  Student ID and COVID-19 VACCINE PASSPORT and DAILY SCREENING
  • If you require a time outside the allotted appointments, please email orillia@lusu.ca to make special arrangements.

FOR THE SAFETY OF STUDENTS AND STAFF, THE LUSU OFFICE CAPACITY IS LIMITED TO 1 STAFF PERSON AND 1 STUDENT.

Please be patient with us. We understand it is a stressful time, however we need to follow Covid regulations and keep everyone as safe as possible!

IMPORTANT REMINDER ABOUT COVID SAFETY

Note that facemasks must be worn, and everyone must show a green badge in LU's mobile safety app's COVID screening in order to get their uPass.

Opt-out Refund Update

Opt-out applications have been processed and refund cheques were mailed on December 6, 2021. An email with additional information was sent to all students who opted out successfully.
