Childcare Bursary Application Guidelines:

Childcare costs is one of the many barriers that hinder students in post-secondary education. Many of our members struggle with this cost annually. A childcare grant was established because we are a student organization that advocates for student’s accessibility to education. As a part of the referenda for the building of the Nanabijiou Childcare Center, $1 of the $5 collected is set aside for grants to students needing assistance for childcare expenses while studying at Lakehead University.
