we've got you covered on dental, vision, prescriptions, and more!
WHAT IS THE COVERAGE PERIOD? The reason for this is that group insurance operates with uniform start and end dates for all members of the plan. WHO IS AUTOMATICALLY COVERED? Undergraduate students fully registered in at least 3.75 FCE for fall and winter by the Final Date to Register (Add) in September should be automatically billed the LUSU health & dental plan fee in their tuition. Please check your student account to confirm you have been billed for the plan! If you have any questions, need help to verify if you have been billed or not, please contact healthbenefits@lusu.ca during the opt-in/out period for assistance. Please contact us before September 30 to ensure that we can assist you. We will not be able to do so if the deadline has passed. HOW DO I CONFIRM I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR THE LUSU HEALTH & DENTAL PLAN IN MY TUITION?
