The Pantry

What is the Pantry?

The Pantry is a division of the LUSU Food Resource Centre. The Pantry is a safe, stigma-free environment that provides students experiencing food insecurity with culturally-diverse, nutritional, dietary accommodating, foods including both non-perishables and fresh options*. Students can access the pantry once every two weeks.

How does it work?

STEP 1 & 2: Check in & Fill out our Survey

Check in with the staff and fill out our voluntary survey to help provide a better service. Through this survey we are able to better understand the student population and your needs.

STEP 3: Grab a bag

Take a LUSU bag if you do not yet have one. Once you have a LUSU bag, please bring it back for future uses.

STEP 3: Take what you need

Using the guidelines, take what you need by filling your LUSU bag. Remember to check our freezer and fridge space too! Please keep in mind that we serve many students, so please follow the guidelines and be considerate when taking food.

STEP 4: Your Feedback is important

If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions or feedback, send us an email:
